Satisfaction Guarantee

At WSA, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your colour or haircut service at WSA, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can do our best to meet your needs.

Please note the following:

  • Due to the artistic nature of our business, WSA does not offer refunds for services rendered.
  • Any service re-do must be done within 7 days of your original appointment.
  • Your service re-do must be booked with your original stylist.
  • WSA does not offer this guarantee if professional salon products are not used to maintain your colour service.

Product Returns/Exchanges

Product Returns/Exchanges will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product returns will only be considered for defective or damaged products. Defective or damaged products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent product.
  • Products that have been opened/used are non-refundable. Exchange or store-credit may be allowed, with management approval.
  • Original receipt required for Return/Exchange request to be considered.
  • No refunds/exchanges will be permitted beyond 30 days from original purchase date.
  • Boutique items are final sale.

Late Arrival Policy

To ensure that we can deliver the best possible experience to all our valued clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may not be able to complete your entire service. We will make every effort to accommodate your haircare needs for the remainder of your scheduled appointment time.

Please note that WSA reserves the right to decline service to any client who arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We know that your time is valuable and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and other clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment. No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of your service, and will be added at your next appointment.
